...Jesus looked up and said, "Father, I thank you that you heard me.
I know that you always hear me..."
(John 11:41-42) NCV
"Praise and thanksgiving keep open the channels through
which God's good flows to us freely and bountifully."
Thank you, Father, for perfect health and vitality of body.
Thank you, Father, for a bright, alert, peaceful mind.
Thank you, Father, for a compassionate, understanding heart.
Thank you, Father, for fulfilling our every need.
Thank you, Father, for hearing and answering our prayers.
Thankfulness is a beautiful way of keeping the channels of God's good flowing to us freely and bountifully. Thankfulness is a healer, a multiplier of the good, and a dissolver of the negative.
Thankfulness lifts, encourages, and acknowledges God as the source of our good. It opens our eyes that we may see that this good has already been bestowed upon us in a most abundant manner.
We don't have to wait to give thanks until every prayer is answered or until things are perfect. It is wise to praise and give thanks right where we are, in the present set of circumstances or conditions in which we find ourselves.
Thankfulness quickens the spiritual power that produces growth, increase, and fulfillment. Give thanks in advance and watch the blessings multiply!
